Making A Difference Where We Live

I ask for your vote to bring my experience and knowledge of the challenges facing Rye and Greenland to Concord.

“I am running for re-election as your state representative to address issues of importance for our families and communities.”

Through her three previous terms, Jaci has fought to pass policies that will attract young people and businesses to the state. Jaci is a strong voice for our community. Jaci will continue to work to protect our natural resources, secure safe drinking water, provide funds to educate our children and retain talented teachers, support a pragmatic budget for our towns and state, and build community that embraces younger generations and diverse perspectives.

“I am a qualified, collaborative, and responsive candidate with years of practical experience in the government and workforce.”

When Jaci was first elected to state office in 2018, she was assigned to the House Executive Departments and Administration Committee. In her second term, beginning in 2021, Jaci was also named to the Information Technology Oversight Committee.

During her time as a state representative, Jaci has sponsored and supported many bills later signed by the Governor. These include:

Jaci has called the Seacoast of New Hampshire her home for 37 years, 24 of which in Rye. She loves her community and has dedicated 17 years to local government. During this time, Jaci has worked hard and sought solutions that balance development, long-term fiscal stability, and quality of life.

Jaci has 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, and project management at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and an M.B.A. in Finance from New Hampshire College.

Jaci has been consistently involved in town government since 2007 when she joined the Rye Planning Board in and became chair in 2009. By the time she left the board in 2011, she learned the importance of balancing development vis-a-vis the environment and town vision.

She began to serve on the Rye Conservation Commission in 2013. While on the commission, Jaci supported a warrant article to approve bonds to purchase conservation land, and developed a new awareness of Rye’s Conservation Land.

In 2014, Jaci joined the Rye Budget Committee and later became Chair. Under her leadership, the Budget Committee is taking a long-term view of securing Rye’s fiscal health for years to come. Jaci has and will continue to bring this same thoughtful approach to the State House.
