Executive Departments and Administration (ED&A)

This is Jaci’s third term on this committee and she is the Democratic Ranking Member. She looks forward to working with this committee to find a way to bring bills to the House floor with a majority of support from the committee regardless of party affiliation.

Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (JLCAR)

Not all that happens in Concord involves legislation. Some requirements are executed through rules. State agencies and other government agencies have rules establishes by JLCAR. JLCAR meetings are public, are cited in the calendar and the committee meets once a month on Fridays. Jaci is an alternate on this committee and attends all meetings.
